Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be voided.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, that leg will be removed and the payout will be calculated based on the remaining odds.

Live Betting

Odds in Live Betting change from moment to moment. The odds displayed at the time of confirming your bet will be considered final. If a bet remains in a 'pending' state due to odds movement, please wait a few seconds.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable turnover requirement must be met first.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonuses must be claimed within a specified time limit — any bonus not claimed before the deadline will be automatically cancelled.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously — the next bonus can only be activated once the turnover requirement of the current one is completed.
• If you have a promo code, it must be applied before making a deposit.

Understanding Turnover Requirements: An Example

Say you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a 100% welcome bonus (total balance ৳2,000). If the turnover requirement is 5x, you must place a total of ৳5,000 in bets before the ৳1,000 bonus can be withdrawn.

77abs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus programme. Advance notice will be given for significant changes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77abs platform. Involvement in any of these will result in immediate account closure.

• Use of software bots or automated systems.
• Account hacking or unauthorised access attempts.
• Transactions involving money laundering or funds from illegal sources.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug or glitch on the platform.
• Sharing account credentials with other members.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behavior.

77abs may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If it is found that an account was registered using false information.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• If there is a security risk or concern about unauthorised access to an account.
• To comply with court orders or directives from government authorities.
